Write in English only if you know/speak/understand the language

I found a stupid grammar mistake in a Romanian blog owned by someone who has zero (O) knowledge of English.
Do not write articles on your blog in other languages than your mother tongue if you don´t know the language!
November 30rd? BE SERIOUS! It´s November 30th!!!
