Putin's Teeth at Bessarabia's Throat and Romania's Nuts

Did you know that one of the current US President's political advisors comes from the boiling region of Bessarabia? Yeap, Mr. David Axelrod, you know, the one with moustache, is of almost Romanian origins. But definitely Jewish. So what? So what what? So what he' s Jewish? So what he' s American? So what he may be Romanian? So what he's a political advisor to Obama, the Dream Which Will Become Deception? Don't expect Axelrod to convince Obama to slap Putin over Moldova...

Herr Führer Vladimir Putin, formerly assassin of many CIA agents during the Cold War, tries and seems to be quite succesful in creating a group of buffer states between his mighty Russia and the trembling European Union, an unsuccesful organization, and NATO, a succesful one, only when it gives soldiers to the American military and oil cartels. Why should Russia be forced to accept as neighbours two developing organizations as long as Russia is not part of them? Starting from this assumption, everybody can see that Putin holds an iron grip on Ukraine, the gas dispute, Georgia, the separatist equation and Moldova, the separatist Transdniester. Since NATO and the European Union will not accept among their members a state with a strong Russian military presence, it seems that a new Iron Curtain has been established. This time with everybody' s consent.
For me, there is no reason of doubt that Russia is strongly involved in the Moldovan youth violent protests.
Let us see how the Russian KGB geostrategists thought and acted:
The Russia-backed President of the Republic of Moldova accused Romania of being involved in the Moldovan riots.
The Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Serghei Lavrov, complained to the Western media that the Romanian flags fluttered by the young protesters in Chisinau undermined the full sovereignty of Moldova.
The Moldovan President expelled the Romanian Ambassador and refused to accept a new one.
And now: among the Great Powers, who gives a damn about Romania' s response to these allegations? It' s RUSSIA pointing the finger. Who gives a damn about the victim? The mighty Russia is always right!
If Russia had openly accused Romania of undermining the sovereignty of Moldova, Romania would have had more options to respond to Russia with more lively diplomatic actions .
The Moldovan President followed and still follows the instructions given by Moscow.
Putin knows that Romania's position within NATO, UN, European Union and OSCE is extremely fragile. And he also knows that Hillary Clinton, the new US Secretary of State, promised to Lavrov to reset the relations between the two world powers. If you are smart readers you should recall the red button incident and the allegedly bad translation.
Under no circumstance will Putin allow Moldova to become closer to Romania, European Union, NATO and USA. Putin's Russia tends to look like an emo kiddo who' s afraid of isolation. Instead of nukes, it uses devilish scheming strategy and gas supplies.
Romanian politicians acted, act and will act very cowardly when asserting the Romanian diplomatic standpoint to the Moldovan unrest.
For the last four days I kept wondering whether is worthy of abandonning Moldova to Russia-backed Moldovan Communists. And I keep wondering whether there will be a military solution to this conflict.
Step by step, there will be brought to light clear evidences of Russia's involvement and instigation in the devastation of the Moldovan Presidential House and the Parlamentary House this Tuesday.
I wonder why the Western media is so stupid to write about Voronin' s decision to allow a (second!!!) recount of the 5th of April votes. Only few days ago, after another recount the Moldovan Communists lost the majority needed to elect a new President. A new Moldovan president needs at least 61 votes in the Parliament. And after the last official recount, PCRM (the Communist Party of the Republic of Moldova) has only 60 votes. How convenient... The show must go on, right?
What Voronin tries to do with the help of the KGB specialists is to break the democratic opposition made of three pro-Romanian and pro-European parties. Smart but devilish thinking. Since there will be some traitors/dezerters from these three democratic opposition parties, their attack against Voronin and his clique will lose its legitimacy and popular support among young voters, most of them students in the neighbouring Romania.
Traian Basescu is the President of Romania. He made a request to the Romanian Parliament to speak in a joint parliamentary session about current foreign affairs issues. There is no doubt that he will discuss the Moldovan unrest provoked and kept alive by Russia. But because the Romanian politicians are well known for their cowardice, it is very likely that he will not criticize Russia or USA during his speech on April 14, 2009. But because he needs more votes for his second term as president, it is very likely that he will assume an empty diplomatic language but which will be highly appreciated by the Romanian muttons called voters.
Only if Traian Basescu will be very critical about Voronin and Russia, only then shall we assume that President Obama is not the perfect socialist everyone expected to be.
One thing is sure: for the winter 2009-2010, we should better find a more friendly gas supplier because the taps will be turned off. Unless we choose to let young Moldovans to be beaten or even killed by Voronin' s well trained SS-like security forces.
Are you satisfied, Herr Führer Vladimir Putin, with the blood of young Moldovans resistant to your intrigues? Are you satisfied, Herr Führer Vladimir Putin, with knowing that Romania is likely to abandon her brother to the jaws of a hungry old tiger? Are we, the Romanians, satisfied
with knowing that next winter we' ll have plenty of Russian gas heating our homes, while there won't be any kind of free press and pro-Romanian young people in Moldova? Can we live our lives with the angry look of Moldovans pointed at our souls?

Les jeux sont faits. Rien ne va plus.
